Our case is stocked with delicious goodies every day, and our menu is expanding with new and exciting desserts every week. We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Meet the bakers behind the sugar

Justin and Jennifer Mebane are natives of Bakersfield with a strong business background. Jennifer started her professional career at Frito Lay as a production manager after graduating from Cal Poly, SLO with her Bachelor of Science Degree. Justin manages Western Stockman’s Market at Famoso and is one of the top-ranked livestock auctioneers in the world.

Aaron Bowers

Executive Pastry Chef

Aaron Bowers is Cornerstone's amazing head pastry chef and has been in the industry for over 30 years. Originally from Anaheim, CA, Aaron's cake creations are second to none; however, his talents expand beyond the kitchen. They include being a professional artist, floral and interior designer, and event planner. He is a true joy to be around, and we love watching him bring people’s visions to life!
